JCC’s Legal & Tax Chapter in partnership with the Russia Chapter organized a lunch webinar on the topic of “Navigating the Sanctions Landscape from a Swiss Perspective” on June 28, 2022.

The program began with an introduction by Laurence Ponty, Chair, JCC Legal & Tax Chapter; Partner, Archipel. Tigran Serboyan, Senior Associate, Eversheds Sutherland made a presentation on “Navigating the Sanctions Landscape from a Swiss Perspective”. This was followed by an examination of “Force Majeure and Russians Sanctions Law” by Alexander Bezborodov, Attorney at Law, ADVANT Beiten.
