Legal Aspects of Cloud Computing in Russia and Switzerland

JCC’s Legal and Tax Chapter kicked off JCC’s 2022 program with a webinar on “The provision of cloud services in Russia and Switzerland.” The webinar took place on February 3, 2022 and brought together a panel of experts – Alexander Kolesov, Director, Cloud&Infra, TietoEVRY Russia; Ksenia Erokhina, Senior Associate, ALRUD Law Firm, Russia and Hugh Reeves, Attorney at Law, WalderWyss Ltd. Laurence Ponty, Attorney at Law, Archipel and Chair, JCC Legal and Tax Chapter, opened and closed the session which assessed the legal parameters associated with cloud computing and the do’s and don’ts of successfully managing the information cloud from a corporate perspective.
