Financing & insurance for Swiss companies doing business in Eurasia

At a JCC webinar on May 4, 2021, the trade credit insurance landscape in Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus as well as factoring and receivables financing for companies doing business in the region were in the spotlight.

Nataliya Spetruk, Trade Credit Insurance Broker, Malakut Insurance Brokers/ICBA Switzerland opened the program with an overview of the Swiss trade credit insurance market. This was followed by a presentation on the trade credit insurance market in Armenia, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine by her colleague, Edward Fedorenko, Managing Director, Malakut Trade Credit /ICBA Russia.

Distribution financing and trade payable programs for large companies was examined by Dr. Eric Balmer, Managing Director, Head Financing Solutions, Credit Suisse. Matthias Kribel, CPO, TradePlus24 showcased his company’s financing services for SMEs. The webinar was moderated by Dorit Sallis, Managing Director, JCC.
