The JCC Legal and Tax Chapter consists of legal firms and in-house legal counsels of companies in the JCC member network. Chapter participants are experts on the legal and tax issues relevant to the markets of Eastern European (non-EU), Central Asian and the South Caucasus business environment and experienced in assisting Swiss companies to operate in the region. Within the framework of the Legal & Tax Chapter firms have a chance to showcase their expertise, provide advice to other JCC members, reach out to potential clients and network with each other.  The Chapter organizes regular legal lunches and receptions with one or more speakers. The program is driven by a steering committee of JCC members in the legal field chaired by Laurence Ponty, Lawyer, Archipel Geneva.
