DESCRIPTION:The JCC Russia Chapter organized a webinar on March 31, 2022  on different options for Russia-based business in the current sanctions’ environment. The event, in partnership with Switzerland Global Enterprise (SGE) examined legal, organizational, economic/financial and reputational aspects for maintaining a company in the Russian market under sanctions.  Andreas Bitzi and Irina Sadeeva, Quality Partners Russia discussed different business scenarios, including distribution partners, management buy-out, sale to a third party, liquidation of legal entities and more.
